Meet Pooja Mittal, she is the founder of Astiitva. Pooja is a Life Coach, Numerologist and also provide Crystal Healing services.

Give a brief info about your startup?

Our company Astiitva is a place where people can get the solutions to be happy through Life Coaching, Numerology, Crystal Healing and Neuro Linguistic Program.

We listen to students and corporates & use the highest standard of professionalism, knowledge, experience & wisdom to train them & develop their talents to translate into success.

 

What made you start your startup and what problem does it solve?

I started as a teacher & there I came to know that the education students are getting in schools and colleges, is not enough. They need something extra.

So I started searching about that ‘extra’ thing they need. Then I came to know about NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Program) that how it can transform a person into his better self.

After doing the course with US certification , I realized that this is what I want to do and this is what makes me happy. So I started Astiitva.

Here we listen to each person’s beliefs & experiences and know what their problem is and how can this be solved.

 

Tell us about yourself, your previous jobs/ventures? What were you doing before this startup?

I’m Pooja Mittal, a master NLP practitioner, Crystal healer, Image Consultant , Life Coach & Numerologist.

I have founded the Cubans Pre-School, trained for the ESOL program from University of Cambridge.

As a passionate, fun & charismatic speaker,  I have been working with Professionals,  Business owners, Students, Teachers & Homemakers. I’m working in this field from 10 years & till then helped lot of people to lead their lives happily.

I’m an image consultant where I help the clients to achieve their image goals.

I have been awarded by ISHMA WORLD FOUNDATION for the best therapist & Mid-brain Activation Trainer & by the National Federation of the Blind.

I was teaching the students before coming up with this startup.

 

 

Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you?

My startup is based in Ambala City, Haryana and this is the best place because there is a lot of potential and don’t have any other competitor here.

 

 

As a startup founder, what are you paranoid about? What keeps you awake at night?

Nothing makes me fear. And if something is scaring me then I that also as a challenge.

My vision and the dream of becoming most established speaker & life coach helping the people in achieving goals in their life.

 

 

Who are your competitions and how are you better than them?

My competition is with nobody still I’m better because I’m providing people the best of the services both professionally & personally.

 

 

How hard is it to have a work life balance as a startup founder and how do you manage it?

I believe that when we are passionate about something and have clarity in our mind then it’s not difficult to manage & balance the personal & professional life.

 

 

Have you raised funding? If yes, then we would like to know the details. If no then please tell us if you are looking to raise.

No we have not raised any funding yet but are looking forward to it.

 

 

What’s the biggest misconception people have about you? Why do they have that? What’s the reality?

The biggest misconception people have about me is that as I’m a woman, I won’t be good enough as a life coach.  They personally think that why should they go to  a woman to get the advice about their personal or professional issues.

They think like this because some wrong beliefs have been created by our society and people blindly follow them.

In reality, I’m providing the best of my services to the society not only as a particular gender but as a human being.

 

What gets you excited about this company?

My passion for connecting with people and helping them achieve happiness in their life makes me excited about Astiitva.

 

Tell us how a day in your life looks like? Your schedule for a day right from the time you get up till you hit the bed at night.

My whole day is well planned and sorted.

I get up early in the morning, do daily chores & watch some motivational videos to raise positivity in the day and then I plan out my day, come to office & work till evening.

Then I go home and spend time with my kids & family.

In the night, I think about the whole day and then go to sleep.

 

Tell us about your team and how did you meet each other?

My team is very different & very cooperative. They are coming from different backgrounds having different perspectives making our company complete.

I met them through different mediums. Some of them I met in personal & others through social media.
