Give a brief info about your startup?

Navadi mobileTec & consultancy services Pvt ltd. Was founded in 2012 with a young group of college boys during the graduation of BBM. In 2016 we got registered as navadi Pvt ltd. We provide online and offline mobile repair solutions across Bangalore. Serving 25000 + customer. And also our venture has other segments of business that is HR consulting firm which focuses on Middle East hiring which is little slow as our main focus is to develop our mobile service division across India as a trusted brand for mobile service.

What made you start your startup and what problem does it solve?

Being a college student we started as a part-time business to make pocket money as a franchise of mobile service to one of the leading Mobile retail chain outlet in Karnataka in 2012 while persuing our 2nd-year graduation

We managed to grow within 3 years journey as young entrepreneurs we managed to have 7 franchise outlets of mobile service across Bangalore with a turnover of 25 lakhs.

Fall of business: the agreement to run a business was just for 3 years and it was the time we were in final year and it was tough to choose education or continue as an entrepreneur.

In 2016 the contract agreement of franchise got over and we were left with nothing as we couldn’t focus on getting placed in Some job. As we had some backlogs which we need to rewrite the exam and look for a job.

None of us got support from family to start a business. As Indian parents always believed in education getting placed in some MNC with a fixed salary this was a tough time to decide on our future. We somehow clear our paper and started our career in sales and marketing few months and again the fire of being entrepreneurs burnt us inside and started our own venture Navadi in 2016.

Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you?
Our startup is based out of startup city Bangalore. As all know startup company’s means Bangalore and the main reason for us to do is as we know very well the customer need in mobile service as experienced and servicing the customer from 2012 and few customer as we call it premium customer we always wanted to serve and retain them as navadi

As a startup founder, what are you paranoid about? What keeps you awake at night?

As a startup founder, the main paranoid you can say that am emotionally attached to my baby i.e my startup. Me keeping awake is always thinking emotionally the new strategy to overcome the problem to customer with new and modern technologies and obvious plan of action to be different in market and explore our brand nationally

As a startup founder, what are you paranoid about? What keeps you awake at night?
At this point we are not competing with the local vendor as the solutions and service we are providing is next level , but they seems to be the biggest competitor as they operate in the very nominal way and make big out it basically there are very less company with this segment of business as registered Pvt Ltd company. Like. Just like new, yantra buzzme etc.

How hard is it to have a work-life balance as a startup founder and how do you manage it?
It’s really a challenge that we face every day but we enjoy it and take it as learning. It’s little complicated to manage life balance as 18+ hours continues focus on develop business and exploring the market. extra work with much speed, and quick solutions.

Have you raised funding? If yes, then we would like to know the details. If no then please tell us if you are looking to raise.

We were in talks with few as angel investor but somehow didn’t work yes we are looking to raise funds to compete with market

What’s the biggest misconception people have about you? Why do they have that? What’s the reality?

People would be the second I can say as our own family member sometime think that what we are up to giving so much effort and time still we do our hands dirty every day. The reality of misconception is we not making enough funds as per the plan and target set and the main reason I would tell not much financially strong but yes we will come out of it for sure and very soon.

Tell us how a day in your life looks like? Your schedule for a day right from the time you get up till you hit the bed at night.
Day start with checking the calls flow of and ensuring we achieve the target set last night, rush to the office and ensure all set to explore the market with different strategies and approach client to explore business with us day to day inventory management tracking the service flow ensuring on-time service and wind up work lye 11 pm.

Tell us about your team and how did you meet each other?

Well we are all classmate and it’s very interesting that the fire of being entrepreneurs is in all of us we basically the last bencher, and as we tell anything can happen over the coffee but it’s was anything can happen over small business talk.
