We got an opportunity to talk with the founder and his startup. Read his full story to know about the founder.

 

 

Give a brief info about your startup?

We are the differentiators between doing Digital and Digital business , A 360-degree digital transformation company which helps conglomerates and brands Reinvent their Businesses Like startups . We apart from helping businesses and startups are also launching our products and solutions in the market in the fields of Supply chain, Talent aggregation, Personalisation in the days  to come . We are a startup creating startup opportunities.

 

What made you start your startup and what problem does it solve?

While consulting Businesses across ASIA I have seen companies responding to change when Confronted rather Seeking  to create market disruption.

 

 

Tell us about yourself, your previous jobs/ventures? What were you doing before this startup?

And I have been in the startup ecosystem for the past three years prior to this I tried building a contextual Search engine by name glocal gurus in 2015 but was not able to launch it successfully as I was not happy with the product. Prior to Startups I have worked in companies like 3M, L & T, ITW, Lincoln Electric and Headed a Business House in Qatar.

 

Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you?

We are based out of Bangalore Koramangala, it’s the cities vibe and acceptance towards startup. It has the right mix of entrepreneurial spirit and culture.

 

 

As a startup founder, what are you paranoid about? What keeps you awake at night?

How to Bring delight to our customers. The only thing that keeps me up are deadlines and I am not paranoid about I feel pressure is important for sustaining startups and Growing an Idea into reality execution is the key. I am also up thinking how could we have done it better or where did we waste a lot of time or money and how could we have done things differently to make up with the lost time in the future.

 

 

Who are your competitions and how are you better than them?

Our competitors are Consulting companies like KPMG, Mc Kinsey, Delloite. We are very much different from them because apart from building a strategy or executing it, we also develop in-house products and solutions that we feel are going to change the way things work currently.

 

 

How hard is it to have a work-life balance as a startup founder and how do you manage it?

In startup i think you got to love what you are doing , I have always felt startups are like babies which needs you full time and attention .

I divide my work in sprints and when I think We have finished something before deadline then I take a break for a day or two travelling .

 

 

Have you raised funding? If yes, then we would like to know the details. If no then please tell us if you are looking to raise.

No we have not raised funding , We are completely bootstrapped and Growing at a very good pace .

We will raise funding only after launching our First in-house Product Jinglebol – Let the world discover you. We have an offer from a Uk based angel investor we are in discussion.

 

 

What’s the biggest misconception people have about you? Why do they have that? What’s the reality?

The biggest misconception about me would be being very strict , Its mainly because of the outlook I guess . People who work with me know how flexible and accommodating I am.

 

 

What gets you excited about this company?

The team and initial traction that we have got from across the globe has just pumped us up more towards achieving our 2018/19 goals early than expected and I know we are at the right path with right attitude .

 

 

Tell us how a day in your life looks like? Your schedule for a day right from the time you get up till you hit the bed at night.

Mostly my day starts at 6.00 am in the morning taking my dog for a walk and then reading something new different than marketing or technology or a new concept  online. I  plan my days meeting and work by 7.30 to 8.00 and then I sleep again for two hrs. Reach office by 10.30 to 10.40 have a sprint meeting till 11.00 and then go on with the office working hrs till 6.00.  After 7.30 I write for 1-2 hrs some of which gets published on blogs some of which remains for future plans. From 9.30 to 12 – I engage with my clients in the USA and get their requirements and expectations .

 

Tell us about your team and how did you meet each other?

My team just happened the first person I met was Praveen D ( IIT chennai ) with whom i discussed about doing it  and then he helped me find the right people for the task . My core team right now comprises of Tech Agnivesh IIT Delhi, Pankaj IIT Jodhpur, Priyank IIT Kharagpur, Muzaker VIT .

My content and design core team comprises of fashion designers, Product designers and Media Experts from Dropouts to NIFT: Panchal, Viresh, Akshay KP, Sudha, Riha, Divya, Akshay S, Steffi .

My core marketing team comprises of  Rushil  (Symbiosis) , Tarun (Alliance ), Fida  ( St Joseph) , Malbika (Mt Carmel).
