Thus, if you take a look at the Indian cuisine, then having it daily and can ensure that your body gets the right amount of nutrition. Thus, tapping into the market of preparing new dishes and unique ideology into making it an overnight success was the primary strategy behind Bangalore operated food chain, Fresh menu.

The brainchild of CEO, Rashmi Daga, she is an IIM-A graduate that went on to work for notable companies such as OLA and Bluestone in the sales department and sure did bring about a profound change in the companies. The sales experience gave her a lot to think about and feeling confident she started Fresh menu.

The inception of fresh menu in Bangalore

Well, this wasn’t the first startup that Rashmi has started. She had another site, namely afday.com, that sold art pieces and curated art. While it didn’t head in the direction she hoped, she tapped into the food market after a couple of years, and this is when the idea of fresh menu hit her.

But then she wanted something different and to be a complete chain of fresh menu owned products form the raw ingredients to the final product. Thus, she bought in vendors and the chefs as well to cook for the company and decided the very own recipes as well for fresh menu Bangalore menu.

The hurdle was to bring in the chefs that would cook all the food. It was mainly whether or not they would sink into the ideology of fresh menu and be a part of it as well. The next stages to come where the kitchens and the final delivery chain which had to be set up. Thus, coming up with something unique and innovative was the main idea, and if that didn’t work out, then the core idea on which fresh menu was set up would be ruined.

To keep the sustainability of the company in delivering products, they followed a kitchen in every region of the city. With ten strategically located kitchens, each hub prepares food fresh every day and something unique and delivers it to the area surrounding the kitchen. Though there are plans to expand this model to other cities, creating more kitchen in different regions of Bangalore is the primary target.

But then coming down to the packaging, fresh menu Bangalore offers a few types of packages, but then nothing is feasible in the market as of now. It’s a challenge to avail any packaging that you would desire. Because of this, there is still a constant hunt on seeking the right packaging to avail fresh food to you at all times.

The future of fresh menu restaurant Bangalore
