As a startup founder, what are you paranoid about? What keeps you awake at night?

Always striving to give the best and my ambition is to take my company to achieve bigger goals in coming times. I am always thinking about fulfilling my dreams. My mantra is under promise and over deliver, which keeps me awake most of the time.

Who are your competitions and how are you better than them?

I feel there are plenty of competitors that exist in the city but, there is enough work around for all. It is not about being better than others but; it is more about delivering something unique to the client to entertain them always. My team and I work to break our own records.

How hard is it to have a work-life balance as a startup founder and how do you manages it?

It is not easy but, with the right kind of support, like the one I have from my husband and son is what I needed the most to run this business without any internal barriers. And, proudly I can say, I have managed everything so beautifully like a mother and a founder both. Well, it is not like my path to the destination is always welcomed with flowers as sometimes I have to face stones (challenges in the marketing world) but, I am still steady out all odds because of my passion and constant perseverance.

What are the most significant misconception people have about you? Why do they have that? What’s the reality?

I would say that when people hear PR, they usually fail to look beyond and assume that PR only adheres to online and print articles which are only for big brands and companies. But, we as a media solutions agency, have 360-degree branding and communication view as well as our verticals building approach helps our client in various aspects. Our verticals building simultaneously include digital marketing, brand solutions, talent management, events and, complete media solutions. Our USP is our customized plans for individuals who are looking at making it big and garner more visibility with the help of PR activities.

What gets you excited about this company?

Firstly, having my own company is exciting on its own. Secondly, it gives me the freedom to explore my creative side as well as to design innovative brand strategies.
Most importantly, my little steps let me touch the lives of many passionate women, and it has given me the opportunity to provide a platform to minded women, who want to take the next step in their life and do something that they thought impossible. And, successfully now we have different women who are leading their work correctly.

Tell us how a day in your life looks like? Your schedule for a day right from the time you get up till you hit the bed at night.

The weekday mornings start on the same note as any other mother; getting my son ready to send him off to school and taking care of every single need of my family. After that, it comprises of working on my laptop (be it at home or the office) heading out for meetings with clients, team meeting, client events, attending summits and seminars. Being the founder, it is my sole responsibility to make everyone, either my family at home or office, happy and comfortable.
