Necessitating surgery, this setback could have been disheartening. However, within just four days of practising Pilates, Namrata experienced a miraculous recovery. This profound personal experience ignited a passion within her to share the incredible benefits of Pilates with others.
“I started practising and teaching Pilates all thanks to a fall I had. Pilates was magical for me, my recovery post the injury and surgery in just 4 days of Pilates was magnificent. I knew I had to expose more people to this amazing form of fitness so more people can benefit from it,” said Namrata.
