Give a brief info about your startup?

We are salesplus.in a salesbased startup out of Bangalore India we feel pride in defining our selves as only company who assure guranteed sales.

 

What made you start your startup and what problem does it solve?

From a startup to corporate the company stands and survives only on sales and its the only fact what ever the line of business they are /in our observation most of the good startups once they are in next level or few monthly old they concentrate more on branding; building technology expansion over all if u see as size of the team if its 20 only 2 will be in sales that is where the game we come in picture as company grows sales people as to grow they forget simple formula.

We want to be in Ceo’s shoes as like to dream same and want to give sales guaranteed solution.

 

Tell us about yourself, your previous jobs/ventures? What were you doing before this startup?

I am Ramesh Neelam started my carrier with door to door sales /selling discount coupons in Mumbai worked with a company granton advertising pvt lt’s a division of ds max Canada. Worked with in almost all metros in building direct sales teams then worked with b2c advertising  and then with media select communications.

My passion into direct sales so started saleplus.in

 

Where is your startup based out of? Why do you think that is the best place for you?

Startup based from Bangalore because more startup from Bangalore .

 

As a startup founder, what are you paranoid about? What keeps you awake at night?

Every day new startup starts that is the opportunity every company needs sales solution that is gives me kick every single day.

 

Who are your competitions and how are you better than them?

I feel no competition because we are different in generating sales for our clients.

 

How hard is it to have a work life balance as a startup founder and how do you manage it?

Work life balances because of experience and every minute is challenge to us because what ever the sales pitch we deliver to client we have to proof on field we will be having no excuses.

Have you raised funding? If yes, then we would like to know the details. If no then please tell us if you are looking to raise.

No so far we not raised any funds definitely we looking in next quarter by that we will have a success story to tell .

 

What’s the biggest misconception people have about you? Why do they have that? What’s the reality?

The feel good factor once we give a right solution to our partner we feel part of there company they treat same when we meet these happiness is above all.

Tell us how a day in your life looks like? Your schedule for a day right from the time you get up till you hit the bed at night.

My days starts with to do calendar before reaching office I’ll speak to core team because I’ll not disturb them with my thoughts in office hours i believe meeting before office hours and after office hours / with core team i believe in working productive 8 hours.

 

Tell us about your team and how did you meet each other?

I believe in personal relation with team all my core team of 6 where recruited by me this all share a common goal is work on performance basis.

We believe in Meet more people /have more fun /make more money.
